Since 2005, Albert has been providing a high level of personal service to his clients and partners. He has a genuine belief in guiding those he works with, building relationships and establishing trust.

With his background in accounting and finance, Albert possesses a unique understanding of the financial portion of a real estate transaction. But most importantly it requires trust. Speaking the truth, maintaining constant communication, and keeping surprises to a minimum are all qualities that make Albert a successful broker since 2005.
Originally from Rock Hill, SC, Albert has called Southern California home for almost 40 years after a post college road trip with a friend lead him to San Diego, from where he never left. In 1995 he started Custom Fitness, Inc and became one of the most sought after fitness trainers in the county. That business still operates today and although it is primarily run by his wife, Malinda, Albert maintains a core group of clients he has trained for over 20 years .
After deciding to make a transition in the early 2000’s, he applied the skill set
developed in the acutely personal fitness training business with the BS in Accounting he acquired at Winthrop University to launch AHA Realty. Both businesses require an ability to cultivate relationships, partnerships, and a network in order to achieve success as well as a dedication to going above and beyond in service of his clients. The real estate world also requires a comprehensive and thorough knowledge of the true valuation process on both the buyer and seller side of transactions.
Albert has a wife, Malinda, and three children, Hailey, Grayson, and Wesley. He is an avid road cyclist and a life-long lover of music, primarily due to his opera singer mother and although no longer in a band, he can be found torturing neighbors with one of his multitude of electric guitars in his spare time.
